How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days to the US, and 8–18 business days to Canada and Europe. The full breakdown by destination is in our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping really free?

Yes on orders over $50. Under $50, a flat rate is calculated at checkout — you will see it before you pay.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email support@babelmake.com for the return address before you ship anything back — full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Possibly. Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.

What warranty do you offer?

A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, damage beyond the product's stated water rating, or normal battery wear over time.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Allow 24–72 hours for the first scan to show up on the carrier's site.

My product isn't working. What now?

Email support@babelmake.com with your order number and a short video of the problem — a video resolves most cases in one message instead of five. We will troubleshoot, then replace or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 12 hours of purchase, yes — just email us. Once the order has shipped we can no longer change or cancel it, but you can still return it under our 30-day policy.

Do you sell wholesale or take bulk orders?

Yes. Email us the models and quantities you need and we will quote it.

How do I clean and store my fan or diffuser?

Unplug it first. Wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth — never submerge the body. For diffusers, empty and dry the water tank before storing to prevent scale build-up.
